Reservation Deposit	50% deposit due at time of booking - complimentary hold for 7 days until deposit is received, dates are released if deposit is not received within 1 week
Balance Due	60-days prior to stay - If less than 60-days notice, payment in full is due at time of reservation

Check-In	4 PM; Check-out: 10 AM
Pets	No Pets are allowed
Maximum Capacity	8 guests
Shorter Stay	Based on availability - additional fees may apply
Longer Stay	Based on availability - rates negotiable
Fall, Winter, Spring	Monthly stays preferred
Cancellation	100% Refund with 60 days notice 50% Refund 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival date 0% Refund 29 days or less prior to schedule arrival date We will make every effort to re-rent the unit. If we are successful in re-renting it during the period you originally reserved, we will refund the full rental fee. Whether or not we are able to re-rent the unit or not, the housekeeping fee will always be refunded.
